I’m very proud that Jealous Gallery chose to donate two ‘Shotgun Clare’ prints to Willow Wardrobe for their forthcoming pop-up shop in aid of the Willow Foundation.
Willow Wardrobe has been created by stylist, Sarah Jarrett. It will be a beautiful Pop Up charity boutique selling stylish donations of new and preloved womenswear, accessories and homewares from high end high street to designer labels.
As well as people like YOU who are donating those quality pieces from their wardrobes that no longer see the light of day, Willow Wardrobe is asking designers, shops and boutiques to donate just ONE item from their sample or seasonal sale.
Willow Wardrobe’s aim is to raise precious funds for the Willow Foundation, a unique charity set up by Arsenal Legend Bob Wilson and his wife Megs. It is the only charity which provide quality of life experiences for those aged between 16-40 years who are living with the difficult realities of life threatening illness. Each experience aims to rebuild lost confidences, return some normality into individuals’ lives and create positive memories of family life. Special days range from a day in the spa to football match, a pop concert or family break. You can read more about the Willow Foundation by visiting their website at: www.willowfoundation.org.uk
This is what they had to say about Jealous’ donation:
Jealous Art Gallery have donated two wonderful framed prints by incredible artist Ceal Warnants entitled Shotgun Clare. They are fabulous and will set the scene perfectly in our forthcoming shop. Thank you so much to Jealous and Ceal, we are so excited that you are supporting Willow Wardrobe.
…what a privilege to be spoken so highly of by people who do such great works for an important cause.
